I learnt to throw and make glazes on an Erasmus semester abroad in Strasbourg in 2015, and apprenticed to Sylvain Thirouin in Alsace. 

My pots are individual and functional. The clay provides a canvas for surface experimentation: I layer found slips, texture, carving and glaze to create rich effects.

I am currently a student on the two-year diploma course at Clay College Stoke.
