Wood-fired Jug

Large jug fired over three days in an anagama kiln. Unique piece that is unrepeatable. The surface is beautifully variated with ash drips and carbon trapping.

Please note - there is a drop of glaze on the base which I have chosen to leave, meaning the jug does not sit entirely flat. This does not impact the function or stability of the jug. There is also a scar of the side of the jug where it was attached to another piece in the kiln - as seen in the photographs.
